With a 36 degree pitched roof fitted with traditional north american malthoid shingles, raked ceilings, dorma windows and double hung doors, this property has a commanding street presence. It was a joy to build these properties as they challenged us with different construction methods and materials to what we may normally deal with day to day. All in all a great project to be a part of and an iconic one at that.
