Set in one of Elwoods best streets within a heritage overlay, these two townhouses were impeccably designed by Perkins Architects. The challenge was to design a contemporary, state of the art building all whilst being sympathetic to the existing street scape. This was achieved through clever use of materials such as the ship lap cedar cladding throughout and urban malthoid shingles on the roof. The dorma windows projecting through the roof line gives the building great articulation and presents beautifully to the street.
