The demand in Beaumaris was for downsizes looking at a high end product with minimal maintenance. With 870sqm of land we decided that two townhouses would have been too large for the target market, so instead opted for three which suited the market perfectly for both size and price point. The floor plans consisted of master bedrooms and living areas on the ground floor, with additional bedrooms upstairs which makes the properties liveable on a single level with the luxury of space on the 1st floor when needed. The project was well received by all who visited, and still has great street presence near the concourse.
